Dr. R. Chandrasekhar Naidu is a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon at KIMS Neuroscience with over 20 years of practice at KIMS in brain and spine surgery. He completed his MBBS at Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai, and his MS in General Surgery and MCh in Neurosurgery at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal — one of South India's leading neurosurgical training institutions. He served as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (2000–2003) before joining KIMS Secunderabad in 2004.

His clinical practice covers the full spectrum of neurosurgery with a particular focus on spinal conditions: cervical and lumbar disc disease, spondylolisthesis, spinal canal stenosis, spinal deformity, and spinal tumours. Brain surgery practice includes cranial tumour surgery, traumatic brain injury, and cerebrovascular conditions. He is an active member of the Neurological Society of India (NSI), the Association of Spine Surgeons of India (ASSI), and is registered with the Medical Council of India and the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council.
